Anyway, I see that in the meantimeFranklin said pretty much the same thing I wanted to say."I didn't necessarily blame Reagan and Bush in my previous answer, but IF one wants to blame a US President, they're certainly more responsible than Clinton. Saddam and bin Laden probably would have been problems anyway, and maybe Clinton could have done more, but at least he didn't help them the way Reagan and Bush did. It's rather funny to blame Clinton for not doing enough to clean up the messes Reagan and Bush left him. As to "how can this be," I suggest you ask Ronnie and George."
